1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the babaje platform and website babaje.cam. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between babaje and all registered or unregistered users of the platform.

3.3 Account Transfer

Accounts are entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or transferring an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your username and password completely confidential.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable within a specific time period — they will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• babaje reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of abusive bonus use or fraud.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

7 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on babaje are governed by the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error or clear mistake is proven.
• babaje's server logs will be considered the final evidence in determining outcomes.
• babaje is not responsible for bets lost due to disconnection.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Standard sportsbook rules apply when betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and other international tournaments. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the international sports rulebook will be followed to determine the outcome of the related bets.

7.3 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and babaje ensures fair play. The individual rules of each game will apply.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for the purpose of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through artificial means.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
• Using unauthorized or stolen payment methods.
• Threatening or harassing babaje staff.
• Gaining unfair advantages through collusion with other users.
